I’m a small/medium/large utility – is SmartFlow the right solution for me?

Yes. SmartFlow has been designed to effectively support any water utility, regardless of its size. The platform addresses universal industry challenges, and its subscription model is scalable and tailored to the size of the organisation, making SmartFlow a cost-effective solution for both small and large operators.

Yes. SmartFlow operates on a fully modular basis, allowing you to start with a single selected module and expand the system in stages, in line with your organisation’s priorities. In addition to extending functionality with additional modules, the platform also allows new device types and zones to be added without incurring extra costs. It is sufficient to update the data in the GIS system, and SmartFlow will automatically synchronise and reflect the changes.

Most utilities see ROI within 6–12 months. Take a look at our case studies to see the results our partners have achieved.

A typical implementation takes between 1 and 5 months and requires around 10 working days of direct engagement from your teams.

The timeline depends on the condition and availability of your data infrastructure, the project scope (which modules you implement) and your organisation’s individual needs.

Yes. SmartFlow can be integrated with your existing systems and databases, including solutions from external vendors. The platform is designed to connect with GIS, SCADA, billing systems, water meters and noise loggers, ensuring process continuity and full use of all available data.

The cost depends on the selected modules and overall project scope. We offer flexible financing models tailored to the size and needs of your organisation.

This varies by module. In selected modules, data is updated hourly or daily, enabling near real-time visibility and faster reaction to events.

Use of the platform is not limited by user licences. Under the subscription fee, an unlimited number of users within the organisation can access the system.

SmartFlow is implemented using a proven framework.

We begin by analysing your organisation’s needs and auditing the existing infrastructure. Next, we configure and integrate the system with your current data sources and run a pilot to validate everything in a controlled environment.

Once the platform goes live, we provide full post-implementation support and the option to expand SmartFlow with additional modules.
